Overview

Le Tropik restaurant-bar, nestled within the Holiday Inn at 6500 De la Côte-de-Liesse Rd in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, offers a refreshing fusion dining experience that exceeds typical hotel restaurant expectations. This venue strikes a fine balance between casual comfort and refined flavors, making it a versatile choice for guests staying at the hotel as well as local visitors seeking a quality meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

Specializing in fusion cuisine, Le Tropik highlights dishes like their wings, Italian calamari, and a rotating soup of the day. These selections showcase a blend of international influences with familiar comfort foods, skillfully prepared and presented. The food has been repeatedly praised for its freshness and generous portions, as guests enjoy everything from seafood pasta and chicken parmigiana to standout grilled dishes like the famously tender Fillet Mignon Madagascar.

The restaurant’s space adapts well to its setting inside a hotel, with a cozy and well-maintained dining room. During renovations, an outdoor dining area beside the pool demonstrated flexibility without compromising service or food quality. The ambiance is suitable for business travelers attending meetings or conferences, as well as families and casual diners. Service here is attentive and friendly, with staff creating a memorable experience that often impresses visitors beyond their expectations for a hotel-based eatery.

Le Tropik appeals primarily to travelers and locals who appreciate fusion dishes with solid execution, in a relaxed yet polished environment. Its location within the Holiday Inn makes it an accessible hotspot for those looking for reliable, satisfying meals without needing to venture far. Whether one is craving a fresh burger rivaling specialized joints or a refined dish like chicken parmigiana baked to perfection rather than fried, this restaurant consistently delivers quality with warmth.

What sets Le Tropik apart is the attention to detail—from freshly cut fruits for children’s plates to desserts like tiramisu cheesecake that leave a lasting impression on even the most discerning palates. This blend of thoughtful cuisine, welcoming space, and excellent service elevates Le Tropik restaurant-bar from a typical hotel restaurant to a destination worth visiting in Saint-Laurent.

This restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn hotel. Excellent ambience and very nicely kept. The food was good and so was the service. It is a good choice for the people staying at the hotel and visiting the place for meetings or conferences held there

Restaurant was under renovations so they had a dining room set up just outside of the restaurant and beside the pool. Was a little worried about what we were going to get but was extremely happy with the food. We started off with Montreal smoked meat poutine and French onion soup. The mains we ordered were the seafood pasta, fish and chips, chicken linguini and chicken parmigiana. All excellent choices. Very delicious and would recommend to anyone staying at the Radisson Montreal Airport.

I've had a great dining experience every time I come here. The grilled chicken platter is my favorite.

I had low expectations, given it's a hotel restaurant. But the food was pretty good and plentiful. I had the prosciutto and arugula pizza and it was really good. Service was pretty good, though we found it odd that they took the order for the child at our table (3 years old) and delivered her food before even taking the adults' orders. It meant she had finished eating before our food came and we had to entertain her while we ate. But happy with food and friendly staff.

Wow. Normally one would not think of a restaurant being in chain hotel be great, but I can honestly say what a great food experience. For Lunch, had a house made fresh, that's right, fresh hamburger. This burger holds it's own like at a specialized burger joint. My wife had a Caesar Salad fresh, crunchy, great size. My children had chicken fingers with fruit. The fruit was cut just for kids and tasted like they were just picked. Dinner: Fine Dining in a Holiday Inn .... yes! I had the Fillet Mignon Madagascar with fresh roasted (blanched and roasted carrot) with a half roasted potato. This cut was simply amazing cooked to perfection. I was stunned, I have been to amazing steak restaurants and this has beat them hands down. My wife had the house made chicken parmigiana, which was baked not fried and it was delicious. Kids had grilled cheese which real cheddar was used, unprocessed and fresh. Finally, dessert. Tiramisu cheesecake my wife fell in love with. I hate, let me repeat, HATE cheesecake but this was outstanding. Thank you for a great time. I will not mention names as this is public, but the manager and older gentleman made the night memorable. I will for sure mention in the survey if I get one. Great customer service. I overwhelmingly reccomend this place. What a pleasant surprise.
